Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order here or click on "order status" in the top menu. You will need your order # and the email address you placed the order with. The order status page will tell you the status of each item... if it is being processed, has shipped or has a tracking number. (see faq below about tracking numbers).
Shipping/ Duty / Taxes/ Customs...
Most products are custom printed - just for you, and will ship within 2-5 days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, you will get a separate email.
I work with really good printers in the US that help me out with everything. Depending on what you ordered, some products will be shipped out in separate packages.
All clothing is printed/ shipped from the US (with a tracking number)
Books are shipped from the US (no tracking number for non US orders)
Mugs/ Pillows/ Phone cases are printed in the US (with a tracking number)
Patches / Stickers are sent from Australia in a regular envelope (no tracking included)
All art prints are printed/ shipped from the US (no tracking number)
Hey! non - USA shoppers
Most of the items from my shop ship from the USA, so depending on your country, you may be responsible for paying some kind of import tax, duty, handling fee etc. Please google your country's policy if you are concerned about unexpected fees.

When will my order arrive?
Good question! - It depends... If you are in the US, usually within 4 - 8 days after you place your order. If you live outside of the US, it varies a lot. It usually takes 2 - 3 weeks, but sometimes longer...
Will I get a tracking number?
It depends... If you buy clothing or a book, yes. If you buy prints, only if you live in the US. If you buy patches, no. I know, I am working on this... However, if you do not receive anything, I will be more than happy to send a replacement :)
Can I exchange or return?
I want you to be happy! If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your product, I accept returns for exchange or full refund within 30 days of receipt. If the product arrived damaged, attach an image of the defect (this helps me to improve our production process).
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, everything on my shop has free shipping everywhere :)
Do you offer express shipping?
We can upgrade the shipping for all products (except prints / framed prints unfortunately). Please follow the instructions here.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, I ship everywhere, and it is free :)
Why do you ship from the US?
Because most of my awesome customers live in the US, so it makes the most sense to produce and ship the products from there.
Why is your site in US $ when you live in Australia?
Because of a couple of reasons
